The Senior Digital Product Owner will oversee the development and delivery of digital products that meet external and internal customer needs and align with our business objectives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful execution of product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. This hands-on role requires a persuasive leader who can guide cross-functional teams through changing strategies and priorities. Primary Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital products through clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Artificial Intelligence: Use AI tools to automate and enhance product and roadmap development, facilitate product lifecycle work, and harvest insights to inform product feature enablement. Roadmap: At the organization's direction, liaise with digital product owners and stakeholders to support the prioritization and execution of digital product roadmaps, recommending prioritization based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability. Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product-related questions and updates, collaborating with technology and non-technology teams to support broad product strategies and launches. Project Management: Manage product development timelines, ensure timely delivery of milestones, identify and mitigate risks, and utilize agile methodologies to manage product development tasks and activities. Remote schedule with shift timings - 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM EST (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST). 30-day notification period preferred Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a computer/technology-related field 8+ years of experience Strong understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies. Significant experience with cross-team application integrations and 3rd party applications. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Experience leading multi-team projects from design to production. Excellent communication abilities. Expert-level product development/management experience. Apex and/or AWS development experience is a plus. Familiarity with Google Workspace, JIRA/Confluence, Lucid, SmartSheets, and Salesforce.
