Summary
Ascend Learning seeks an Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to lead ecommerce merchandising strategy and optimize customer journeys through data-driven initiatives across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities: Strategize and manage promotional calendars, lead cross-channel promotional campaigns, and conduct A/B experimentation to improve revenue per user and customer AOV. Oversee product launches, bundle strategy, onsite promotions, and omnichannel creative strategy from ideation through performance analysis.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in web analytics, A/B experimentation, pricing psychology, discount laddering, and bundling strategies. Strong project management, cross-channel marketing coordination, and experience with digital platforms and ecommerce tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with over 7 years of relevant experience in ecommerce marketing and merchandising. Demonstrated expertise in ecommerce strategy, promotional campaign management, and data-driven customer journey optimization.
Location: Hybrid in Gilbert, Arizona, United States (remote candidates considered)
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000/year
