Job Description:
The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic advisor and recruiting expert for technical and GTM roles across the organization, with a focus on Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Data Science, Customer Success, and Account Executives within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR to design and execute talent strategies that attract, engage, and hire top technical talent critical to scaling our platform and driving innovation. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the SaaS talent landscape, proven experience recruiting in a technical landscape, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate experience
- Recruitment intake sessions with hiring managers for designated roles
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates via sourcing methods
- Screen resumes and interview candidates from both active and passive markets to determine qualifications
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers
- Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal partners
- Drive offer process, negotiating offers with candidates and partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR and Onboarding teams
Experience you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a technology company or technology agency environment is preferred.
- 5+ years experience sourcing and recruiting in at least two of the following domains; IT, Engineering, Product, Data Science, or Design.
Requirements:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting process for roles with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate experience
- Experience sourcing both the passive and active candidate markets using effective sourcing practices
- Proficient with handling 10+ job openings simultaneously.
- Strong sales ability—you have your pitch down and can pique interest and educate
- Demonstrable ability screening candidates for profile fit and close candidates
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
- Must be flexible & adaptable, with the ability to pick up new roles spanning both business & technology as the needs of the organization shift
- This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

The annual US hourly range for this role is $40.00 - $60.00 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
