Summary
Lead a team of coaches at Elevo Learning to deliver high-quality educational enrichment programs in the Lancaster, CA region. Foster a positive culture while ensuring successful implementation of the company's WASC-accredited curriculum focused on social-emotional learning and student well-being.
Skills & Tools: Strong team management, leadership, and customer service skills with professional written and verbal communication. Problem-solving, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible with ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team or working in educational programming. Preferred experience with enrichment programs for TK-6th grade and intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
Location: Hybrid in Lancaster, California (80% in-person, 20% remote)
Compensation: $66,000 – $71,000 / annually
