Role Snapshot

Field Account Executive role at RethinkEd driving growth across mid-size and large school districts in the Southeastern U.S. by building trusted relationships with district leaders and achieving sales targets in a mission-driven education technology environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, achieve annual revenue goals, build and maintain qualified pipelines across districts, expand product adoption within existing accounts, and represent RethinkEd at regional conferences and on-site engagements.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales success in K-12 education, strong communication and relationship-building abilities, data-driven sales management with CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and consultative selling expertise in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Qualifications: 5+ years of sales or account management experience with deep understanding of K-12 purchasing processes and district decision-making. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: $70K–$120K/yr
