Role Snapshot
Account Executive role at a global academic publisher focused on driving market share growth in Higher Education by engaging faculty to promote digital and print course materials. Position requires strategic consultative selling and technology product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities: Hunt for new business and conduct consultative sales calls to close deals with Higher Education faculty. Demonstrate technology product capabilities and establish partnerships with key customers and stakeholders to increase market share.
Skills & Tools: Proven outbound sales skills with strong technology demonstration abilities and ability to engage effectively with Higher Education faculty. Requires creative, persuasive, competitive, and strategic sales approach with persistent demeanor.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with minimum 2+ years of outbound inside or field sales experience, preferably in education. Must be based in Nashville area and able to travel 15-20% overnight during peak selling seasons.
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: $70Kβ$75K/yr
