As a Sales Enablement Lead at Johnson Controls, you will drive operational excellence and sales effectiveness by providing strategic support to the commercial organisation through forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Produce and analyse sales forecasts and performance metrics, coordinate product launches and design changes, resolve customer issues, support warranty processes, and develop presentations and dashboards for leadership reviews. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise sales performance, enhance customer relationship management, and identify process improvements across commercial operations.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance analysis, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, problem-solve effectively, and influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in sales operations, sales enablement, commercial support, or related business roles. Preferred experience supporting product launches or commercial transformation initiatives and knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.

Job Description

Sales Enablement Lead What You Will Do As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial organisation by driving operational excellence, improving sales effectiveness, and enabling business growth. You will work closely with sales teams, marketing, product management, and customer support functions to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives. The role is responsible for providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting, coordinating product launches and design changes, resolving customer issues, supporting warranty processes, and strengthening customer relationships. Through data-driven insights and process improvements, you will help optimise sales performance and enhance the overall customer experience. Produce and analyse sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to inform business decisions. Coordinate and support new product launches, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders. Manage communication and execution of product design changes impacting customers and sales teams. Act as a point of contact for customer issues, driving timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. Support warranty-related activities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and commercial concerns. Develop presentations, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership and customer meetings. Enhance customer relationship management processes and promote effective pipeline management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across commercial operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

What We Are Looking For Required: University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales operations, sales enablement, commercial support, or related business role. Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer focus and problem-solving capabilities. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred: Experience supporting product launches or commercial transformation initiatives. Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices. Experience working within a global or matrix organisation. Familiarity with sales performance tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms. Continuous improvement or project management experience.
