Skills & Tools: Strong science writing and editing abilities with expertise in translating complex scientific content for non-specialist audiences. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, creative discernment, tactfulness when receiving edits, and demonstrated dedication to accuracy and detail.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree in a scientific field with three years of professional science writing experience, preferably in a non-profit environment. Professional portfolio of published pieces or museum credits required.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $40/hr
