Summary
Maintenance Technician IV at HMH ensures safe and efficient facility operations by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, systems, and infrastructure. The role requires independent work and on-call flexibility to accommodate emergencies and special projects.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in industrial maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, welding, and ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong independent work capability with experience managing parts inventory and communicating with internal/external customers.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with 5-7 years of experience in related maintenance areas; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Demonstrated expertise in multi-system maintenance with knowledge of fire protection systems and industrial battery maintenance.
Location: Hybrid in Geneva, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $55,000 – $64,000 / annually
