Job Description

Data Analyst – Implementation & Managed Services Location: Hyderabad, India About the role You will give Executive Leadership and Implementation/Managed Services leaders clear visibility into delivery performance—where implementations get stuck, where utilization is misaligned, and where projects drift from scope. You will deliver clear, defensible reporting for internal Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and, as needed, client Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze implementation and managed services performance metrics
  • Monitor pipelines and active projects to identify early warning signs
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to validate data assumptions and ensure reporting reflects how work is delivered—not only how it was scoped.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that leaders use to manage teams week to week.
  • Ensure time tracking, project status, and scope data feeding Salesforce is structured and consistent for reliable analysis.
  • Prepare reporting for internal Executive MBRs and selected client EBRs by translating delivery data into clear narratives tied to value delivered, scope execution, and progress.
  • Use trend analysis to recommend actionable improvements to delivery workflows, staffing models, and reporting approaches.
  • Leverage Copilot and AI-assisted tools to speed analysis, reduce manual reporting, and surface insights faster.
  • Build and maintain repeatable reporting automations so common questions (TTL, utilization, backlog) don’t rely on ad-hoc requests. Minimum qualifications and experience Required
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce reporting tied to operational or services data (not only sales metrics).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/SUMIFS, data cleanup and reconciliation; macros/VBA a plus).
  • Experience creating dashboards/visual analysis in Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Ability to turn imperfect services data into executive-ready reporting and narratives that answer operational questions.
  • Working knowledge of implementation or managed services delivery (utilization, delivery timelines, SOW constraints). Preferred
  • Experience supporting Professional Services, Implementation, or Customer Success teams.
  • Exposure to PSA, time-tracking, or resource management tools integrated with Salesforce.
  • Experience using Copilot or similar AI tools for analysis, reporting, or automation.
  • Understanding of SOW-based delivery models and key services metrics (scoped hours, burn rate, variance).

Skills

  • Comfortable questioning numbers when they don’t align with reality.
  • Focus on decisions and actions—not dashboards.
  • Communicate delivery risks clearly to non-technical leaders.
  • Bias toward scalable, repeatable insights over manual reporting.
