Summary

Senior Marketing Manager responsible for leading GoGuardian's demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline growth and revenue impact across all marketing channels. This strategic, data-driven role oversees integrated multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales priorities.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth while partnering closely with Sales, Events, and Field teams. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital, events, and field channels; define and report on KPIs including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign development, events and field marketing, and performance measurement with strong analytical abilities. Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), excellent partnership and communication skills, and bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: 7-9 years of experience leading B2B demand generation with proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth. Experience managing budgets and complex campaign portfolios; Edtech industry experience preferred but not required.

Compensation: $150Kโ€“$170K/yr
