Summary

Sales Development Representative role focused on lead generation and prospecting within the education sector for Aceable's B2B Sales team. The position offers high visibility and career progression potential as a launchpad role driving outbound sales growth.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect into high school districts and colleges through multichannel outreach (phone, email, social), manage CRM activity logging in HubSpot, test and refine messaging campaigns, and achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategy and contribute feedback for campaign improvements.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred), strong self-motivation and relationship-building abilities, comfort with ambiguity, and collaborative spirit with willingness to test, iterate, and learn from failure.
Qualifications: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales development or business development role with demonstrated ability to manage complex pipelines with longer sales cycles (3-6 months). Must reside in Austin, TX and be open to hybrid work model (1-3 days/week in office).
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States (1-3 days per week in office)
Compensation: $45,000 – $85,000 / annually
