Summary

Sales Manager at RTM Business Group leading a B2B conference sales team while managing a personal book of business and driving revenue growth. This player-coach role combines hands-on selling with mentoring in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities: Manage personal revenue targets, mentor and develop sales representatives, execute pipeline management and pricing strategy, oversee event campaign execution, and support new event launches. Travel to live events in major cities and collaborate cross-functionally on strategy and product scaling.
Skills & Tools: Proven B2B events sales experience with strong closing ability, natural mentoring and leadership capabilities, data-driven organization, confidence in pricing and negotiations, and excellent communication. Ability to thrive under pressure, manage remote teams, and lead by example while maintaining personal quota.
Qualifications: 3+ years in B2B events or conference sales and 2+ years in sales management experience. Ability to travel for live events and experience managing remote or distributed teams required.
Location: Hybrid in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut with two days per week in office and flexibility for remote work
Compensation: $120,000 โ€“ $150,000 / annually
