Skills & Tools: Proficiency with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials); strong analytical and attention to detail capabilities; knowledge of operational controls and data accuracy requirements; ability to identify process discrepancies and resolve routine issues using established procedures; familiarity with contract administration and order-to-cash workflows; Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in revenue operations, order management, billing, finance operations, or related business function. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused Revenue Operations Analyst to support critical order-to-cash processes that help power exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other business teams to process contracts, billing activities, and operational requests while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. As you build expertise across contract management, billing operations, systems administration, and revenue processes, you’ll have opportunities to grow your career, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage data and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to help drive operational excellence that supports purpose-driven organizations around the world. What you'll do • Support accurate and timely order-to-cash operations by processing contracts, invoices, billing transactions, and subscription-related activities while maintaining compliance with established controls and service level expectations. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to facilitate contract requests, resolve operational questions, and deliver an outstanding internal customer experience. • Manage customer subscription and renewal information within business systems, helping ensure customers receive the products and services they purchase and that account records remain accurate. • Review contract adjustments, invoice corrections, and credit requests by validating order history, billing details, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies. • Administer and process opportunities, quotes, contracts, and related transactions within Salesforce and Workday while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and participating in training related to artificial intelligence, Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and operational excellence. What you'll bring • 2+ years of professional experience in revenue operations, order management, billing, finance operations, customer support operations, or a related business function. • Knowledge of contract administration and order-to-cash processes, including invoicing, billing activities, subscription management, and revenue operations workflows. • Understanding of operational controls and data accuracy requirements, with the ability to review transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve routine issues using established procedures. • Experience working with customer relationship management, billing, or financial systems, preferably Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials, or similar enterprise platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required.
