Summary

The Director of Workforce Partnerships will lead College Board's employer engagement efforts to expand access to AP Career Kickstart courses and strengthen state and regional economies while unlocking opportunities for students to earn industry-recognized credentials.

Key Responsibilities: Drive employer growth strategy in priority markets through lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tracking; deepen strategic partnerships by transforming employer interest into mission-aligned collaborations and guiding meaningful engagement opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Strong business development and consultative sales expertise, proficiency in CRM tools, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or employer engagement; background in consultative sales or workforce development partnerships preferred.
Location: Remote from New York, United States; approximately 12 times per year travel required
Compensation: $80,000 – $130,000/year
