Role Snapshot

Mid-Market Account Executive at Docebo responsible for driving new business growth by engaging prospects and closing deals for the company's AI-powered learning platform. This role combines strategic selling with consultative problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Qualify and close new business deals, manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, and develop strong client relationships to meet revenue quotas. Maintain organized CRM records, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and communicate effectively across multiple channels to drive revenue generation.
Skills & Tools: Minimum 2 years SaaS sales experience with strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities. Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and proven ability to thrive in quota-oriented, competitive sales environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with a proven track record of success in competitive, quota-oriented sales roles. Demonstrated proactive problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex sales processes.
Location: Canada
Compensation: CA$75K–CA$110K/yr
