Role Snapshot
Sr Designer leading the integration of generative AI into visual design workflows at Cengage Group. This role combines creative exploration with enterprise enablement to establish responsible AI practices across visual design operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead exploration and evaluation of generative AI tools for visual design workflows, plan and execute AI pilot initiatives, and develop documented AI-assisted design processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI-generated assets, review outputs for quality and accessibility, and track adoption metrics and efficiency gains.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of visual design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on experience using generative AI tools. Strong communication skills, attention to quality and accessibility standards, and familiarity with ethical AI practices required.
Qualifications: Portfolio demonstrating visual design expertise and experience with ethical AI practices preferred. 3+ years of professional visual design experience required.
Location: Massachusetts
Compensation: $67K–$87K/yr
