About the Role: Reporting to the India Facilities Lead, the Facilities Coordinator, will support the day-to-day facilities operations for the Wiley Noida office and support to the Pune office when needed. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on delivering a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly workplace environment. You will work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of workplace services aligned with Wiley standards, policies, and budgets. How you will make an impact Manage day-to-day facilities operations including housekeeping, security, HVAC, pantry, mailroom, and office equipment Coordinate with vendors to ensure service quality, adherence to SLAs, and safety standards Support workspace planning, seating arrangements, onboarding and offboarding activities Facilitate office readiness for meetings, townhalls, and leadership visits Support financial processes including invoice management, vendor payments, and budget tracking Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies, and support audit readiness Partner with Global Security teams on access control and emergency preparedness Provide facilities support for internal events and engagement activities Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to established workplace procedures What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 5 to 8 years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or corporate office operations Strong experience working with vendors and managing service delivery Good understanding of facilities operations, safety, and compliance requirements Exposure to tools such as SAP or Concur Experience supporting audits, health and safety programs, or structured processes Proficiency in MS Office applications Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Hands-on approach with the ability to manage operational tasks effectively We power infinite possibilities.
