You will join a small, high-ownership global marketing team and play a central role in shaping how we grow across our most important markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple global markets. This is a senior individual contributor role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign ownership β€” you will define channel priorities, manage multi-market budgets, drive creative testing, and build the systems and frameworks that scale our campaigns over time.

This role is for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and getting their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Market Campaign Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across multiple international markets

  • Manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Google, Meta, and local platforms

  • Balance promotional and evergreen campaigns to maintain growth while maximizing efficiency

  • Ensure high-quality execution through QA processes and proactive troubleshooting

Budget & Performance Management

  • Strategically allocate and monitor budgets across channels and markets

  • Analyze performance metrics and implement adjustments to optimize efficiency and hit business goals

  • Develop forecasting models and predictive tools for multi-market spend and ROI planning

Creative Strategy & Testing

  • Design and implement structured creative testing frameworks across messaging, formats, and audiences

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate and iterate on high-performing creative assets

  • Apply learnings systematically to improve ongoing campaign performance

Operational Excellence

  • Build scalable processes, templates, dashboards, and playbooks to streamline campaign execution

  • Automate repetitive tasks and improve campaign setup workflows where possible

  • Establish quality control frameworks to reduce errors and improve consistency

Data-Driven Insights

  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze campaign data across platforms and markets

  • Provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional partners to inform strategy and optimization

  • Partner with data and finance teams to enhance reporting accuracy and insight quality

AI & Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to optimize ad targeting, bid strategies, and budget allocation across markets

  • Use AI-driven analytics to identify trends, predict performance, and automate reporting

  • Implement AI-assisted creative testing workflows, including automated variant generation and messaging optimization

  • Explore automation to streamline repetitive tasks and cross-market reporting

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and international markets

  • Strong multi-market and cross-cultural marketing understanding, including platform-specific nuances

  • Advanced budgeting skills β€” allocation, pacing, and optimization across markets

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Experience with creative testing frameworks and continuous optimization

  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build scalable systems and playbooks

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking and process improvement

  • Professional English proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscription businesses

  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4, Looker)

  • Experience with AI tools applied to marketing automation or creative testing

  • Experience with local or regional ad platforms (Naver, Kakao, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • A self-starter who takes ownership and operates with high autonomy

  • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable doing the work

  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to move fast without sacrificing quality

  • Collaborative, clear communicator who can influence across a global team

  • Resilient and resourceful in a lean, fast-paced environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Paid campaigns across assigned markets consistently meet or exceed performance KPIs

  • Budgets are allocated strategically, executed efficiently, and reported with accuracy

  • Campaign frameworks, playbooks, and templates are documented and scalable

  • Creative testing and automation are systematically improving baseline performance

  • You are recognized as a strategic thought partner by leadership and cross-functional teams
