Senior Performance Marketing Specialist responsible for executing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple global markets for Cambly's edtech platform. This fully remote, individual contributor role offers high autonomy and direct impact on campaign performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities: Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms for international markets, including daily monitoring, creative testing, and performance reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and global marketing teams to ensure cultural relevance, build forecasts, and drive measurable results on CAC and ROAS metrics.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level paid media management across Google Ads, Meta, and multiple platforms with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Ability to work independently in remote/async environments, manage complex priorities, and balance detail-oriented execution with strategic thinking.
Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing and paid media experience with proven track record managing campaigns at scale across multiple markets or regions. Professional English proficiency and comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and taking ownership in a lean team environment.
Location: In-Person - Rio de Janeiro
Compensation: $85K–$130K/yr (estimated)

You will join a small, high-ownership global marketing team and have direct impact across our most important markets.


About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple global markets. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role with a high degree of autonomy — you will own campaign performance end-to-end, work cross-functionally with global teams, and bring a data-driven point of view to every decision.

This is the right role for someone who wants real ownership, not just execution.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Tiktok and other Global platforms for multiple international markets

  • Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency

  • Test creatives, audiences, and placements in collaboration with the creative team

  • Build and maintain campaign reports and creative performance analysis

  • Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting across markets

Collaboration & Market Insights

  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, and Global Marketing teams

  • Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and properly localized for each market

  • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitive activity across markets, including partnering with platform account reps

  • Partner with local market experts where needed to ensure relevance and accuracy

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media

  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale with measurable results

  • Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, async environment

  • Professional English proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscription businesses

  • Familiarity with attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4)

  • Experience with local or regional ad platforms beyond Google and Meta

  • Experience managing influencer campaigns
