- Manage and optimize relationships with third-party compliance monitoring vendors to ensure our external marketing ecosystems maintain the highest standards of integrity.
- Report high-level compliance insights and metrics to both internal leadership and university partners, providing actionable transparency into our regulatory health.
- Partner with marketing, client service, and creative teams to integrate compliance guidelines into the earliest stages of campaign development and execution.
- Facilitate mandatory training sessions across the organization to cultivate a deep-rooted, company-wide culture of compliance and ethical marketing.
- Liaise with client services to gain deep insight into institutional compliance expectations, translating them into actionable internal procedures and safeguards.
- Analyze call and email data trends to proactively identify emerging regulatory friction points and recommend strategic interventions.
- Drive the Compliance Roadmap by staying ahead of legislative shifts and industry best practices to future-proof our marketing initiatives.
- Design and enforce robust internal control policies that streamline the investigation, recording, and reporting of problematic activity to the General Counsel.
- Support the continuing development of automated processes to ensure all potential instances of non-compliance are investigated and reported with total accuracy.
