Solid business analysis capabilities, project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience developing training materials and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience configuring and implementing technical solutions using business applications with strong knowledge of relational databases and OOP languages. Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations with customer-oriented mindset.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is COP 60,000,000 – COP 90,000,000/year based on Solution Engineer title, Atlassian specialization, and Colombia-based remote position.

Solution Engineer (Atlassian)

About the Role

The Solution Engineer is responsible for delivering professional solutions to business stakeholders by translating business process requirements into a technical solution. From design and implementation through to testing and training, you'll play a key role in ensuring that business needs are met with thoughtful, high-quality technical execution.

Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

  • Design, prototype, and build business solutions following best practices, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
  • Test business solutions to ensure performance aligns with design specifications, resolving any issues identified throughout the process.
  • Perform business analysis to gather and document information on business processes and customer needs, translating findings into clear functional requirements for stakeholder validation and approval.
  • Develop and execute migration plans for business solutions across environments, supporting stakeholders throughout the process with minimal guidance.
  • Compose training materials and conduct end-user training sessions, while ensuring documentation enables the support team to maintain and service solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify enhancements and process improvements to evolve product and solution functionality over time.

Role Essentials — Required Skills
