Role Snapshot

Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform at Western Governors University to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and support business operations. This role is critical in designing scalable solutions and implementing automation that improves organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, and page layouts; manage user accounts and permissions; ensure data integrity through audits and validation; implement security measures; build reports and dashboards; and design process automation using Flow and Approval Processes.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; advanced certifications preferred. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, exceptional communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator/Developer experience with required ADM-201 certification and preferred Advanced Admin (ADM-211) certification.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Compensation: $87Kโ€“$131K/yr
