Summary
CDW seeks a Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager to provide strategic oversight and leadership for partner-facing marketing plans that align with organizational goals and enhance program performance. The role focuses on setting direction, approving budgets, monitoring performance, and ensuring cross-functional alignment for impactful partner programs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies aligned with partner and CDW objectives, manage budgets and performance evaluation, guide partner leads in planning and execution, and establish frameworks to measure program effectiveness. Provide strategic direction, approve initiatives and budgets, monitor financial adherence, ensure compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Strong program management experience, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Leadership capabilities in staff development, financial management, risk mitigation, and relationship building with stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Sales/Marketing experience, or 9 years of relevant experience preferred. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budget oversight, and program execution within a corporate environment.
Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $111,000 – $154,200/year
