Summary
Learning Experience Designer at GoGuardian responsible for developing innovative, engaging learning content that empowers sales teams and enhances product knowledge. The role leverages adult learning theories and instructional design expertise to create high-impact training programs that drive employee performance.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop skill-based learning programs for sales teams (NBEs, CSMs, managers) in partnership with Enablement stakeholders, creating multimedia assets including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and games. Manage multiple projects from strategy through execution, measure training impact through assessments and analytics, and stay current with instructional design trends to continuously innovate learning experiences.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, multimedia content development, and learning science principles. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; proficiency with AI tools for content acceleration and personalization; and familiarity with eLearning platforms and digital asset creation.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Instructional Design, preferably in a SaaS or Ed Tech environment, with a proven track record of creating effective learning experiences. Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design, accessibility/inclusivity principles, and evaluation frameworks.
Location: United States
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 / annually
