Summary
Commissions Analyst role at CDW responsible for calculating commissions for sales organizations and providing front-line support to sales and finance teams. The position involves cross-functional collaboration to resolve moderate-complexity problems related to compensation and payroll reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Calculate and prepare commission earnings, respond to sales and finance inquiries regarding adjustments and invoices, generate commission statements and reporting, and perform user acceptance testing for compensation systems. Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly analysis while ensuring financial deadlines are met and accounting control procedures are maintained.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Commissions, Project Management, or related field. Successful track record of meeting deadlines with ability to interact effectively with coworkers at all levels.
Location: Remote from Illinois, United States
Compensation: $24.52 – $33.75/hour
