Role Snapshot

Sales Development Representative at McGraw Hill focused on qualifying leads and driving growth in the School Education sales team through targeted outreach and relationship building. This entry-level role supports the K-12 education business with remote work based in the US.

Key Responsibilities: Qualify inbound marketing leads, conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email (60-80 dials/day), arrange virtual meetings between prospects and sales representatives, and log all activities in Salesforce.com and SalesLoft. Partner with sales teams to build a robust qualified pipeline and consistently achieve monthly goals.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with high curiosity and adaptability to new technologies. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, or similar sales tools preferred; self-motivated with ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree highly preferred with 0-2 years of work experience and a passion for K-12 education. Ability to take direction, be coached, and work with various internal groups required.
