Summary

Sourcer role at Superhuman (Grammarly's parent company) focused on driving top-of-funnel recruitment strategy, sourcing candidates, and building diverse teams across the organization. This position is essential to the Recruiting Team, supporting critical business roles and reporting directly to the Head of Business Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities: Create hiring strategies and candidate pipelines, build relationships with hiring managers and team members, research and identify prospective candidates through targeted outreach and networking, develop employment branding initiatives, lead diversity and inclusion programs, and own outbound efforts including career fairs and conferences.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for candidate experience; ability to work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sourcing or recruiting experience. Must demonstrate proactive task management across multiple projects, analytical capabilities, and the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States (2 days per week in-person collaboration required)

The Opportunity

As a Sourcer you'll be an essential part of our Recruiting Team. You'll drive our top of the funnel strategy, including sourcing, pitching, branding, and other innovative programs. You'll create strategies for the teams you support and will help build important projects for the team. You'll work with every part of the non-engineering business to build diverse and successful teams. You'll report directly to our Head of Business Recruiting.

In this role you will: 

  • Create hiring strategies and pipeline for our most critical roles in the business
  • Build a deep understanding of our teams, and create relationships with those team members and hiring managers
  • Regularly analyze and report on our sourcing pipeline to hiring managers
  • Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates through targeted research, passive outreach, industry networking, and creative sourcing efforts
  • Develop our employment brand and use it to improve inbound interest for Grammarly
  • Develop diversity and inclusion programs
  • Evaluate sourced candidates
  • Own outbound efforts including career fairs, tech talks, conferences, and sourcing
  • Collaborate with the broader team to implement company-wide events and policies to build a united culture around our values

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. 

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

United States:

Zone 1: $112,000 – $140,500/year (USD)
