Job Description

In recent years, Famly has onboarded an increasing number of Enterprise customers onto our platform. We are proud to serve these customers on a day-to-day basis and welcome new ones. To strengthen our team in this area, we are now looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to help manage all parts of onboarding larger customers onto our platform and interfacing with them as they evolve their technology stack with Famly. This includes a lot of project management, stakeholder management, a good deal of technical knowledge and a lot of drive.

You will be responsible for the technical onboarding of large customers onto Famly, and will work closely with Famly’s Key Account Managers, who will be responsible for all the non-technical aspects of onboarding. You will meet with customers to discuss development work required to fit Famly into their IT landscape, and will work closely with our Product teams to plan and follow any development work needed by Famly.

Depending on your technical knowledge, you will also help coordinate and advise on Famly API and integration capabilities, single-sign-on setup etc. Once the customer is onboarded, you will transition out of the project and let the Key Account Manager take over.

You will have a small team of 3-4 builders reporting to you, enabling you to plan and deliver on smaller projects related to onboarding enterprises, participate in technical calls, and develop enterprise features. You will also interface with Famly’s other Product team to plan larger development projects for Enterprises.

You will report to our CTO.

Leaning into AI

Like many companies, we are betting heavily on AI to improve our workflows. We are investing time to upskill all employees and improve the tooling around it to make it even better.

We expect you to invest heavily in understanding how AI can be a useful tool, including in project management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advise large customers on how to best integrate Famly into their IT landscape

  • Interface with our Product teams to plan any development required to onboard enterprise customers

  • Assist Key Account Managers with technical clarification

  • Be part of the sales process for large enterprise customers

  • Lead a team of Builders that focus on development for Enterprise customers

  • Helping Key Account Managers handle technical incoming requests from existing enterprise customers
