Role Snapshot

Join Ascend Learning as an Account Manager to drive sales strategies and manage client relationships in the healthcare education sector, contributing to meaningful change in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies, close business to achieve quotas, and manage client needs including account expansion, upselling, problem-solving, and risk identification across a multi-state market. Maintain and grow existing client relationships, negotiate deals, conduct strategic reviews, and report on sales activity and market dynamics to management.
Skills & Tools: Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients, analytical abilities for market insights and pipeline management, and proficiency in sales documentation and stakeholder mapping.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of sales account management experience. Experience in healthcare or education sectors is preferred.
Location: Ohio
Compensation: $60K–$90K/yr
