Role Snapshot

The Managing Director of Assessment Partnerships will lead national strategy and relationship-building efforts for Achievement Network, a nonprofit focused on K–12 education assessment solutions. This role drives organizational growth by cultivating high-leverage partnerships with district leaders and expanding ANet's market presence across the country.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct national market research to identify high-potential partnership opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and coordinate with regional sales teams on outreach and lead management. Serve as a national spokesperson and thought leader, present at conferences, guide strategic sales opportunities, and shape ANet's national growth strategy.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in K–12 education sales cycles, critical thinking, data analysis, and tailored communication for senior leaders. Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and translate strategic decisions into aligned partnerships.
Qualifications: Preferred experience includes K–12 edtech sales background, technical proficiency in assessment and curriculum, and previous roles in education such as teaching or instructional coaching. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in complex sales environments and relationship management with district decision-makers.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $115K–$191K/yr
