Summary

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) by leveraging data analysis, strategic problem-solving, and operational design to expand business operations capacity and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking sales, marketing, and customer performance; partner with GTM teams on analysis and insights; support territory analysis, deal approvals, marketing analytics, and data quality across systems; assist with special projects and new market initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting, data validation, lookup functions); experience with CRM and marketing automation software; strong problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with digital communication tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (must be completed by May 2026); 1+ years of professional work experience in a business analyst or similar analytical role (including co-op/internship experience). Preferred: experience in publishing, ed-tech, or language learning industries; familiarity with Salesforce or Marketo.
Location: Hybrid - Hybrid Remote
Compensation: $60K–$70K/yr

WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will assist in expanding the capacity and reach of business operations by supporting Go-To-Market teams such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success through the use of strategy, problem solving, and analysis. 

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:       

  • Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to support key initiatives through analysis, insights, project management, and operational design.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor reporting dashboards that track sales, marketing, and customer performance, and proactively flag trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Sales territory and regional analysis, including evaluating performance trends and helping coordinate territory updates and changes.
  • Conduct analysis to support deal approvals and provide insights from sales and usage data to support informed decisionmaking.
  • Support marketing analytics, including segmentation, campaign performance tracking, and reporting on return on investment (ROI).
  • Help maintain data quality across Sales and Marketing systems, including troubleshooting issues and supporting integrations with internal and thirdparty data sources.
  • Contribute to scalable reporting and self-service tools by building and improving dashboards, updating documentation and training materials, and responding to ad hoc analysis requests.
  • Assist with analysis and management of special projects, state adoptions, and new market initiatives.

 

YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):      

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum (must be completed/earned by May 2026)
  • 1+ years of professional work experience (including co-op/internship experience) in a business analyst or similar analytical role.
  • Problem-solving skills that include experience understanding issues, interpreting needs, identifying resolutions.
  • Experience using CRM and Marketing automation software and tools. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting, data validation, and lookup functions.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and navigating digital tools for communication and productivity.

 

IDEAL IF YOU HAVE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience working in the publishing, ed-tech, language learning or similar industry
  • Experience using Salesforce or Marketo

 

LOCATION: Boston-Hybrid

Position requires current residence within the United States of America, within proximity to Boston, MA and a willingness to work a Hybrid schedule which includes a minimum of 2-3 days/week (Tuesday/Thursday required) in our Boston, MA office location. Relocation assistance is not available.

 

SALARY RANGE: $60,000-$70,000 annual salary

This position is salaried and is eligible for an annual incentive based on employee and organizational performance.
