Summary

Part-time, hybrid LSAT/SAT instructor role at Kaplan helping students prepare for standardized tests. Teachers support students in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills while using data-driven strategies to close opportunity gaps.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver hybrid instruction through in-person and remote sessions, primarily on weekends and evenings. Support students both in and out of class to solve problems using logic and critical thinking.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in LSAT/SAT test preparation and scoring strategies. Strong communication, mentoring, and ability to work with diverse student populations.
Qualifications: LSAT scores within the 90th percentile or higher required. Current law students, gap year students, or those with teaching experience preferred; minimum 8-month commitment and 10 hours per week required.
Location: Houston, Texas, United States (hybrid with mixed in-person and remote work)
Compensation: $30 – $40/hour based on credentials and geographic location

As a LSAT Teacher, you’ll:
