Key Responsibilities: Analyze campaign effectiveness and sales performance to identify growth opportunities, develop and maintain performance dashboards with actionable KPIs, and optimize marketing/sales processes through data-driven solutions. Will mentor junior analysts, build multi-touch attribution models, and collaborate across marketing, sales, finance, and product teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in SQL, BI tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), spreadsheets, and data visualization with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills required to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field with 2-4 years of B2B marketing/sales/customer analytics or business analytics experience. Preferred experience in EdTech and understanding of B2B sales motions.

Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst Lead

Role Description: As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategies. Your analytical expertise will drive data-informed decisions, optimize Marketing and Sales performance, and align cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth. You will help complete our data warehouse in order to build a multi-touch marketing attribution model and executive level reporting/analytics for GTM. You’ll provide clear direction for significantly improving marketing investments, drive actionable insights for GTM executives, and support team members building/operating dashboards in BI Tools. 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving to the following outcomes:

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign effectiveness, marketing spend ROI, sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Modeling: Align marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance and go-to-market.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to marketing leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in marketing/sales processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment across departments.
  • Lead GTM Analytics: Mentor and help support junior analysts on the team, and transform datasets for use by business analysts.

Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, BI Tools, and spreadsheets.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data visualization tools.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to identify challenges and develop strategic solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Experience

  • Required:
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing/sales/customer analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supporting marketing teams through data-driven strategies, including attribution modeling or other marketing measurement methodologies. 
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, including inbound and outbound.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working in EdTech.
  • Experience working in Product-Led-Growth start-ups.
  • Direct experience as marketer or seller.
  • Exposure to financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
