Key Responsibilities: Establish and lead the AI R&D function, driving research initiatives and capability development. Build and manage AI strategy, technical roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI solutions into ClickView's platform.

Skills & Tools: Advanced expertise in AI/machine learning, research methodology, and technology leadership with strong project management and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and team-building skills to lead technical teams and influence across the organization.

Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field with significant experience leading AI/ML initiatives or research teams. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering AI-driven products or research outcomes in technology-driven organizations.

Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia (Pyrmont office with hybrid work-from-home flexibility)

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is AU$150,000 – AU$200,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
