Associate - Service Operations will support post-sales service delivery for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels by managing reverse logistics, inventory movements, and coordination across service centers, warehouses, and customer locations. The role is critical to ensuring timely execution and maintaining seamless customer experience through efficient operations management.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end reverse logistics for faulty panels and spare parts, maintain accurate inventory records and shipment status, and proactively resolve bottlenecks with customers, logistics partners, and service centers. Monitor inventory levels across locations, optimize stock availability, and identify process improvements to enhance turnaround time and operational efficiency.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail in documentation and data management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline. Prior experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or supply chain is preferred but not required.

Our Service Operations team ensures customers receive a seamless post-sales experience through efficient service delivery, logistics, warranty management, and customer support. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate - Service Operations to join our Operations team and gain hands-on experience in managing nationwide service operations.
Role Overview:
As an Associate - Service Operations, you will support the post-sales service operations for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels (IIPs). You will work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, warehouses, and service centres to ensure timely execution and accurate documentation/ data related to reverse logistics and inventory movements between service centres, HO and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end reverse logistics for faulty panels and spare parts across customer locations, repair/service centres, warehouses, and the Head Office.
- Ensure timely reverse pickups and movements in line with defined SLAs, while maintaining clear visibility and regular updates for relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movements, shipment status, pending pickups, and closures.
- Proactively coordinate with customers, field teams, service partners, logistics providers, and courier companies to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth reverse pickups.
- Monitor inventory levels across service centres and warehouses, and coordinate the timely transfer of excess or slow-moving inventory to optimise stock availability.
- Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance turnaround time, operational efficiency, inventory utilisation, and overall service experience.
Eligibility :
- College Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, stake-holder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, customer support, or supply chain is preferred.
