Role Snapshot
Enterprise Account Executive leading sales efforts with large urban school districts for RethinkEd's educational technology solutions. This role focuses on managing high-value district accounts and driving $1M+ annual quota through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple concurrent opportunities within assigned enterprise districts, building and expanding RethinkEd's footprint across departments while navigating complex procurement and contracting processes. Partner with internal teams to establish trusted relationships with senior district leaders and drive long-term district success, renewals, and expansion.
Skills & Tools: Deep understanding of urban school district structures and decision-making processes, strong account planning and opportunity orchestration abilities, and skilled at multithreading relationships across executive and operational stakeholders. Data-driven sales approach with proficiency in CRM systems and ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
Qualifications: 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in Kβ12 education or EdTech, with demonstrated success in enterprise-level sales. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Location: Illinois
Compensation: $100Kβ$160K/yr
