Role Snapshot

VP of Channel & Alliances at Coursera leads the development and management of a robust partner ecosystem to expand market reach and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities: Define channel sales strategy, recruit and manage partners, track performance via KPIs, oversee the complete partner lifecycle, and lead a high-performing sales team while collaborating with marketing, product, and direct sales teams.
Skills & Tools: 15+ years of channel sales or partner management experience with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities; expertise in CRM and PRM tools required.
Qualifications: B2B SaaS or edtech industry experience preferred, along with financial acumen, data analysis skills, and a proven track record in executive-level partnership management.
Location: California
Compensation: From $425K/yr
