Summary

The Senior Educational Consultant develops innovative educational resources and manages project timelines and budgets for the National FFA Organization in Indianapolis. This role bridges gaps between corporate partners and educators while advancing agricultural education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop engaging educational resources aligned with academic standards and FFA mission, manage multiple project timelines and budgets up to $150,000, collaborate with staff on educational materials, manage grant-driven projects, and provide guidance to connect corporate partners with educators.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills with expertise in agricultural education methodology. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage stakeholder relationships, and work effectively in collaborative cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education preferred; Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in agricultural education and teaching highly valued. Experience in curriculum development and understanding of agricultural education philosophy and FFA mission required.
Location: Hybrid in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States
Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000/year
