Role Snapshot
National Achievement Specialist at McGraw Hill promotes and sells K-12 educational intervention and supplemental products across New York State (excluding NYC) and Connecticut. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with school districts to drive sales growth and impact learners and educators.
Key Responsibilities: Identify customer leads, create territory sales plans, conduct sales presentations, and form partnerships at all levels of school districts. Collaborate with internal teams on product development and leverage complex selling strategies with Core Curriculum Sales Reps and District Managers.
Skills & Tools: Strong listening and solution selling skills with knowledge of specialized markets (Title I, Special Education, MTSS). Preferred experience with Direct Instruction, digital Math and Literacy products, and demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in education-related fields or selling digital learning solutions. Previous teaching or sales experience with Direct Instruction is a plus.
Location: New York, Connecticut
Compensation: $65Kβ$85K/yr
