The Reporting Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Sales Finance data.
This role involves close collaboration with Finance professionals to verify that data inputs are accurate and up-to-date. The Associate will also partner closely with the Revenue Operations teams on projects and data validity initiatives, supporting the alignment of all work with the overarching goals of Sales Financial Operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong problem-solving skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with ensuring that expenses are coded correctly in the Concur expense platform to be in compliance with internal policy and procedures.
- Work with individual employees to provide guidance on proper coding, allowing for correct classifications at an individual expense level.
- Create and assist with managing event budgets for key stakeholders on the Sales team.
- Support the Sales team by assisting in managing order requests for customer swag and marketing materials through the company’s designated portal.
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of commission plan calculations.
- Support day-to-day workflow related to the commission process, helping to maintain smooth and accurate processing.
- Employ research skills to investigate financial questions and track down answers.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to design training courses and host live demonstrations for new employees and current staff.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect current processes and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to analyze large data sets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to travel (5% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in financial data and reporting.
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems
- Research skills and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with leading training sessions
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
