Summary
Accreditation Specialists will oversee accreditation projects and deliver operational support for higher education institutions, with two positions focusing on nursing/allied health and cross-disciplinary areas respectively. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to produce high-quality accreditation deliverables and manage the complete accreditation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Manage accreditation projects, maintain records and deadlines, facilitate meetings, plan logistics for site visits, and lead quality assurance processes (40% of role). Serve as subject matter expert on accreditor standards, act as consultant to academic programs, and draft/edit accreditation documents (50% of role).
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in higher education related to curriculum, accreditation, or compliance. Subject matter expertise in either nursing/allied health or cross-disciplinary accreditation areas preferred based on position.
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Compensation: $55K–$82K/yr
