Role Snapshot
Senior Director of Sales for NWEA's Pacific Region leading partner growth initiatives and managing a team focused on customer acquisition and retention in the education sector. Responsible for driving revenue through partner renewal, expansion, and capacity building activities.
Key Responsibilities: Overseeing partner renewal and expansion activities, developing regional strategies aligned with annual goals, and leading a Partner Accounts team. Generating revenue through personal responsibility for capacity expansion and license growth across assigned states.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and people management abilities with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce with strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with minimum five years of relevant experience in educational sales or organizations supporting educational entities. Ideal candidates should reside in California.

Compensation: $150Kβ$175K/yr
