Role Snapshot

Enterprise Sales Executive role at University Instructors focused on spearheading new business development in K-12 educational markets by leading the entire sales cycle with school districts and state agencies. This position is designed for a proactive closer who builds trusted partnerships with senior-level education leaders to address the national teacher shortage.

Key Responsibilities: Aggressively prospect and identify new district and agency opportunities, lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution, and consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue goals. Develop trusted-advisor relationships with key decision-makers, build go-to-market strategies, and provide market feedback to inform product enhancements.
Skills & Tools: Proven K-12 sales experience with strong ability to close complex, million-dollar deals and navigate public-sector procurement landscapes. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), executive presentation skills, and consultative selling approach with demonstrated influence over senior-level education executives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field with several years of successful K-12 sales experience and track record of exceeding quota in high-growth environments. Strong knowledge of public-sector procurement and cooperative purchasing preferred, with existing relationships at state and district levels advantageous.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: $120K–$150K/yr
