Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for managing day-to-day Salesforce operations, system configurations, and optimizations at Curriculum Associates, a leading education technology company serving over a third of U.S. K-8 students.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, permissions, and custom object configuration; design and implement automation using Flow Builder; provide user support and training; build reports and dashboards; support third-party integrations and data management.
Skills & Tools: 7+ years Salesforce Administration experience with strong platform knowledge; proficiency in Flow Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, security models (profiles, roles, permission sets); analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent stakeholder communication.
Qualifications: 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with deep platform expertise; Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required, with Advanced Administrator preferred; hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud mandatory.

Compensation: $95Kโ€“$135K/yr (estimated)

Key Responsibilities:- Salesforce Administration & Configuration Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions Configure standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows Maintain data quality through data governance, deduplication, and validation processes Implement and manage Salesforce releases and change management processes Automation & Optimization Design and implement automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder (legacy) Optimize business processes across Sales, Service, and other departments Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation User Support & Training Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support issues Provide training and onboarding for new users Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and best practices Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights Analyze data trends and provide actionable recommendations Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports Integration & Data Management Support integrations with third-party systems (via APIs, middleware, etc.) Perform data imports, exports, and mass updates using tools like Data Loader Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into solutions Partner with developers and architects for complex implementations Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices Hands-on experience with: Flow Builder (must-have) Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Understanding of security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator Advanced Administrator (preferred) Experience with: Apex (basic understanding) Lightning Experience customization Integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Nice-to-Have Experience with Revenue Cloud / CPQ Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.) Exposure to data warehousing or BI tools Typical KPIs / Success Metrics User adoption rate System uptime and performance Data quality metrics Reduction in manual processes Stakeholder satisfaction Curriculum Associates, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
