Role Snapshot

Education Sales Executive to drive new business development and revenue growth for Isograd's digital skills certification solutions across the West Coast K-12 and higher education markets. The role reports to the COO for North America and focuses on building pipeline, closing deals, and establishing long-term stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Develop territory account strategies, identify and cultivate business opportunities through prospecting and marketing initiatives, and close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts. Track sales activities in Salesforce CRM, manage lead pipeline, achieve sales quotas, represent Isograd at industry events, and coordinate with Customer Success teams on implementation.
Skills & Tools: Consultative selling expertise, strong time management and communication abilities, organizational acumen with attention to detail, and proficiency in sales process management. Demonstrated ability to prospect through calling, email campaigns, web demonstrations, and in-person visits.
Qualifications: Proven track record successfully selling solutions to K-12 and/or higher education decision-makers with ability to identify new business and expand strategic relationships. Self-starter mentality with demonstrated consultative selling skills and willingness to travel when needed.
Location: California, Oregon
Compensation: $80K–$90K/yr
