Summary

Account Manager Intern at CDW's inside sales team providing exceptional customer service and sales support for technology products and services. The role focuses on managing inbound/outbound calls while meeting sales quotas and delivering a comprehensive "one stop shop" experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell technology products and services, meet assigned sales quotas, and identify upselling opportunities. Serve as first point of contact for product inquiries, order placement, and general company program questions while proactively managing customer quote pipelines.

Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal communication skills with strong vocabulary and articulation, basic computer skills (Microsoft preferred), and demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities. Must demonstrate problem-solving skills, persistence, self-motivation, collaborative interpersonal skills, and the ability to close sales and overcome customer objections.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of call center experience, and 1 year of sales experience required. Must demonstrate strong interest in sales, ability to work independently and in team environments, and proven capacity to multitask with strong organization skills.

Compensation: $35K–$50K/yr
