Clinical Education & Market Development Manager who will drive medical education initiatives and market growth for AMBOSS across Mexico and Latin America. This role combines clinical expertise with strategic business development to expand the platform's reach among medical students, physicians, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement localized marketing and outreach strategies, develop partnerships with medical associations and universities, lead regional campaigns and events, and track impact metrics to optimize growth initiatives. Build community engagement strategies to reach medical students and physicians while working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Skills & Tools: Required fluency in Spanish (native) and English (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, strong presentation skills, and creative problem-solving. Must be results-oriented with ability to balance qualitative feedback from key opinion leaders with quantitative KPI analysis, and demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and determination.
Qualifications: Licensed medical doctor (physician) in Latin America with in-depth knowledge of the Mexican medical education system and ENARM. Professional medical background required with demonstrated understanding of regional healthcare and medical education landscapes.
Location: Mexico
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is MXN 800,000 – MXN 1,400,000/year based on title, seniority, company stage, and location.

Overview

As a Clinical Education & Market Development Manager for México, you will play a pivotal role in transforming medical learning and clinical practice for medical students and doctors in Latin America and México. As a member of our Latin American team, you'll leverage your medical expertise to help us bring the next-generation resource to medical students and physicians.

In this role, you’ll use your medical background and regional knowledge to build meaningful connections, develop creative growth strategies, and bring high-quality medical learning resources to future and current physicians.

You’ll work closely with our Latin American team, including marketing, product, and institutional sales experts, to grow our presence, strengthen partnerships, and support initiatives that make a real difference for medical professionals in your region.

What you'll do:

  • Shape Local Strategies: Work with the team to design and implement marketing and outreach plans tailored to your markets.

  • Grow Our Community: Develop and lead strategies to reach new medical students, doctors, and institutions, helping them discover and benefit from our platform.

  • Build Partnerships: Connect with medical associations, universities, and student organizations to create collaborations that expand access and awareness.

  • Lead key Campaigns: Help plan and run regional campaigns, roadshows, events, and webinars that engage and inspire the medical community.

  • Measure Impact: Track progress and share insights to improve future strategies and celebrate successes.

Qualifications:

  • You must be a licensed medical doctor (physician) in Latin America;

  • You must be a native Spanish speaker and fluency in English (C1/C2);

  • In-depth understanding of the Mexican medical education system, especially ENARM
