Role Snapshot
Join Sourcebooks as a Summer HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance while supporting a dynamic publishing company's human resources team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance tasks while supporting employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. Provide administrative support across the HR function and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, and Senior HR Director on ongoing projects.
Skills & Tools: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative, people-first mindset. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications: Current college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or recent graduates with a focus on HR, talent development, or organizational culture. Interest in human resources and familiarity with HR concepts preferred.
Location: Naperville, Illinois
Compensation: $17/hr
