Role Snapshot
CDW seeks an Inbound Account Manager for its Healthcare Sales Contact Center to provide exceptional sales and service for technology products to healthcare customers. The role focuses on delivering a comprehensive 'one stop shop' experience while meeting sales quotas and supporting new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to sell technology solutions, provide customer service, and meet assigned sales quotas while recognizing upsell opportunities. Proactively manage customer relationships, handle inquiries regarding product information and order placement, and demonstrate the ability to close sales and overcome objections.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal communication skills, basic computer skills with Microsoft Office experience preferred, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must demonstrate problem-solving skills, persistence, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and collaboratively; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus but not required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 1 year of call center experience and 1 year of sales experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong interest in sales and proven ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $40Kβ$55K/yr
